Description: This is a very cool pen. I have never see one like it. It is a deeper blue than other Retro Blues and it may have an additional coat of paint and lacquer. It has two cartridges in it. Twist it one way and out pops a blank ink pen. Twist it the other way and you get an yellow/green neon highlighter. Note - this is a new pen, but the highlighter is dried out.
