This is a Sheet Metal return air filter rack for filter 20"x16"x 4" ( MERV air filter 16" x 20" x 4" actual size: 15 1/2" x 19 1/2" x 3 3/4") . Made in America from American made 24 Gauge Steel Galvanized Sheet Metal. There is a 3/4" hem flange on one 20"x16" end, and straight on other end. Actual overall dimensions flange side for this rack 21-3/4 x 17-3/4. The length is 8" long. There is a sliding door on the ___16"___ side for filter access. The door can slide from ether side allowing for easy access.Although it normally takes a little more time and effort on our part, our products are typically riveted together. Riveting, versus spot welding, provides a more durable bond resulting in a longer lasting rigid part that will serve you for decades. The rack is shipped not assembled .
