The logo on the bottom reads 1801 Revere Ware Rome N.Y.The pan has been completely cleaned, refurbished and polished to look almost new. The handle and lid knob are in excellent condition with no damage as in cracks, broken or missing pieces. The pot & lid have very minor scratches and small dings from use & cleaning. The pot lies flat on a smooth surface. Pot measures approximately 5.3/4 inches diameter across & 4 inches high (without the lid). Please look at the pictures as they are part of the description.
