All shipments can be tracked at www.fedex.com PACKAGING INFORMATION: All new in box items will ship in the original packaging from the manufacture and will be strapped to a pallet. All floor models will have loose parts secured and wrapped, and the appliance will be bubble wrapped, shrink wrapped, protected in cardboard and strapped to a pallet for safe shipping. Built-in refrigerators will be bolted to the skid when shipping bolts are available. Items that are out of box or floor displays will not ship in original packaging. Our warehouse staff will use packaging/boxes that is available to package the order for safe shipping. FREIGHT DAMAGE: All of our shipments are insured. We take care in ensuring that every shipment is carefully packaged for protection during transit. Unfortunately, things can happen. We ask that you please take the time to inspect your shipment BEFORE signing for it. If you do not have a chance to inspect the shipment completely, please check DAMAGED (upon inspection) on the Freight Bill of Landing. If there is concealed damage and you have checked the damaged box, please contact us right away. If the unit is damaged and you accept it and signed on it free of damage then we will not be able to take responsibility for any damages.
