Wouldn't be hard for anyone who sews to add one. Front is clean and in very good vintage condition. I found one missing rhinestone. You really have to look for it to find it. The back does have some discoloration. I have not tried to clean it. Might have a slight perfume smell as it was stored in a box that had a bottle of perfume in it. Just under 2" wide. Laid flat it measures approx. 10" from edge to edge lengthwise and approx 6" long from top to bottom. The relative who gave this tom me worked at Gimbels in NYC in the 1950s-60s so this probably came from there.
