Kit Includes: 12", 14" or 16" Gloss Black Meathook Ape Hanger Monkey Bars Extended Brake Lines. 1 Upper & 2 Lower Extended Hydraulic Clutch Line (2021/2023 will come with a Clutch Extension allowing the use of the Stock Harley 2-Piece Clutch Cable) Control Switch Extensions (CAN Bus) Electronic Throttle Extension (Fly By Wire) Turn Signal Extensions Banjo Bolts and Washers Handlebar Dimensions: Bar Diameter 1.25" End to End Width 33" 12", 14" or 16" Rise 12" Base Width 4.5" Pullback Slotted for Internal Wiring Gloss Black Finish PLEASE NOTE: The Road King Special comes stock with a 1 1/4" riser diameter. These bars are designed to accommodate the stock configuration. If your bike has been altered from the stock configuration with anything other than a 1 1/4" diameter, these bars will NOT fit. We also offer this kit with a riser diameter of 1". Please double check fitment. Handlebar Description: Our bars offer a "Limited Lifetime" warranty and are carefully designed to provide natural, relaxed grip angles combined with optimal pullback comfort. Laser cut, fully TIG welded, beveled & de-burred for internal wire pulling, and polished to show their quality finish. Each and every set of bars we make are hand-made employing a multi-step manufacturing process using the finest materials with a tube diameter of 1.25” stepped down to 1” for stock/conventional controls. Both grips have 0.5” x 2” slots laser cut for internal wiring. The throttle side is honed out and notched for fly by wire. The Knurled Center, for a non-slip grip, on our handlebars is engineered to be a direct custom replacement for stock equipment. We pride ourselves on our smooth and clean arched corners whereas competitors often use straight sharp edges which are easier to manufacture but fall short of the premium styling distinguishing riders demand. Cable/Electrical Description: When many aftermarket hydraulic lines are installed, problems can arise from inferior chrome plating. There is nothing worse than rust prone, cheap imitation chrome. Based on this we go the extra mile to achieve a finish that is far superior. Our plating is done here in the USA and has been proven to reduce chipping, scratching, rusting or fading. Giving you a product that is not only suitable for practical purposes but will also look great for years to come. Our Hydraulic Brake Lines meet or exceed D.O.T. as well as OEM pressure specifications. Our lines are UV protected braided stainless steel with Black Chrome fittings. Choose from a Black or a Smoked Black Pearl Armor Coat for that long lasting appearance, all the while protecting components from abrasion. Our Electrical Extensions use special purpose automotive wire that is insulated with chemically cross-line polyethylene, making it resistant to moisture, most solvents, and gives it the ability to withstand extreme temperatures. Our Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Tubing is designed to meet the requirements of MIL-I-631, Grades A & B. Our PVC Tubing is UV Resistant, Flame Retardant, Lead Free with a High Gloss Black Finish, Making it perfect for applications where a wide thermal range is required.
