Rockwell Belt Sander Model 337, 3 X 21 , 7A, Heavy Duty Old Mark, Test Nice

Description: Solid older Rockwell 3 x 21” belt sander with 7 A mps of power and good tracking. Nice bag and dust chute. All hardware actuates and unit functions as originally intended tested and has good handles. Chord is starting to crackle and will eventually need to be replaced. Nice bag and dust cure intact holding firmly in exhaust port. Overall good condition with minor usage wear marks (scratches and dings. Good handle with solid trigger lock. Nice feel in hand with solid mechanisms. Will need to be oiled to make movements smoother. This mod l has no belt release lever as you push down on front wheel and the entire idler wheel assembly moves backwards to release tension on the belt. There is a rudimentary fix where the previous owner bent a nail to stop idler assembly from going to far which is pictured in last picture. So that will need a bit of attention. I don’t oil units because of shipping you have to take oils out which I did. Older Rockwell label, made in America.
