Description: Up for bid is a Rodenstock 300mm f5.6 Apo Rodagon. This is a substantial lens that is sought after for use in Large Format photography. It model of lens has be utilized as both a shooting lens as well as for process. Take a look at the high resolution listing photographs to get a sense of this great lens. You can adjust this lens from wide open (F/5.6) or stop down all the way to F/128! The aperture blades look great when the lens is stopped down. There is a second lever on the lens that moves, Im not sure what it does. The flange of the lens is mounted to a circular board, but that can easily be unmounted by the buyer to mount on a lens board of there own if necessary. A few things small things, there is a small dent in the filter ring (see last picture) and some marks on the front element that appear to be very fine scratches and cleaning marks. I have not tried to clean these away, they may just clean off. I tried to show these in the listing photographs, but they are hard to show. This is typical of a used lens, but Im mentioning this the interest of full disclosure. Please take a look at my other listings for more high end photography equipment including a Sinar P2, Sinar DB shutters (that would be a great for use with this lens) and other lens, and other high quality gear. Please save me as a seller, I'm always updating my store with more gear. Good Luck, Happy Bidding.
