ROLLING STONES 19th Nervous Breakdown RARE UNTRIMMED DECCA 7" Single F. 12331

Description: You are viewing my extremely rare UK release of the 45RPM DECCA single from 1966 by THE ROLLING STONES entitled, “19th NERVOUS BREAKDOWN.” Written by Mick Jagger together with Keith Richards it was released in February 1966 and reached number 2 in the UK charts.The ‘B’ side track is entitled, “AS TEARS GO BY.” The catalogue number is: F.12331.This is a rarely seen example that has a SOLID CENTRE (as opposed to the usual release that has the four-prong push out centre). From my research, I understand this disc to be an extremely rare ‘UNTRIMMED’ disc. As such, it would have been taken from the manufacturing production line before it entered into its final trimming process. It is likely that it would have been used for quality control testing purposes to establish its: sound quality, vinyl quality and label printing quality, The centre label has the conventional DECCA colours (blue background and silver print). The solid centre shows the catalogue number of F.12331.The disc itself have several light marks (to both sides). There is some ‘crackle’ on the intro to both sides however they do not sound when the music starts.There are no deep scratches and no ‘’clicks’, ‘pops’ or ‘skips’ when the music plays.The record labels themself are in excellent condition to both sides. They are clean and free of any marks/writings. All the printed text is clearly legible, all that is visible are the usual signs of play around the centre spindle holes.The side 1 stamped matrix numbers are: XDRF 37398 - T1 - 3C.The Side 2 stamped matrix numbers are: XDRF-36987-T1 - 2C.The stamper letters and numbers on side 1 are: 1 and DThe stamper letters and numbers on side 2 are: 3 B and K C.The record is supplied in an original orange DECCA Company paper sleeve that is in excellent condition.
