Description: This printer DOES work as far as printing goes. It feeds fine as well. Where I can't get it to work consistently is to stop at the start of a new label. It seems to not be "seeing" the tear points and runs over so you start printing in the wrong places. It might need cleaning. Maybe I have a setting wrong in the software. I am not sure. Comes with power cable and 3d printed stand only. No returns on this item.
