Unless the item states that it is new, NOS condition in packaging items in non or un-issued condition can be 50 years old or more. They will not show wear or signs of use but they have been stored for years and shipped around the world so they will show signs of storage and may have that military surplus smell. Romanian M93 Leaf Camo Parka w/liner Size 52 - L/L, excellent, non-issued condition This is a genuine Romanian M93 Dark Leaf Camo Parka w/liner Size 52, U.S. Size Large/Tall in excellent, non-issued condition. Does have some minor thread damage on the upper right front (see photo) (I have reduced the price already for that issue). No other noted damage but may have minor spotting that should wash right out, snags or scuffs from storage. Made by a Romanian military contractor for the Romanian military forces. I was truly stunned by the quality of these parkas, they truly are one of the very best out there. Features a button front closure. 2 button flap closure upper pockets, 2 lower slant pockets. Reinforced upper chest and shoulders, reinforced elbows, shoulder epaulets, side loops for attachments. Attached hood that hides away in a zippered pouch under the back collar. Removable button in heavy inner liner. Non-issued condition, no noted damage other than the minor thread issue but may have minor spots or scuffs from storage. Nothing that I don't think won't come out in the wash. These still have that new stiffness and will need to be broken in. These are fairly heavy and should be very warm with the attached liner in addition to help keeping you nice and dry. They are a top of the line quality field parka. All of that and a super awesome Camo pattern too. This is one of my absolute favorite Camo patterns, the darker hue just really sets it off. The second through the fifth photos depict the most accurate color. Please compare the measurements shown below to one that fits you well. It costs us both time and money if you have to return it because it doesn't fit. The chest measures app. 24 1/2" from pit to pit or 49" measured all of the way around the outside of the parka. The shoulders are 20 1/2" from seam to seam. The sleeves are 26" - 27" measured from the outer edge of the shoulder seam to the sleeve tips. Length is 37" from beneath the collar seam. This should fit a U.S. Size Large/Long or Tall with room to spare. Please use the photos and the zoom feature as part of the description and to determine exactly what you are getting.
