Description: We are pleased to offer a handsome silverplated cream or sauce ladle in Royal from Wm Rogers. The handle is tubular with an engraved design on part of it. The end of the handle has a knob shape. This was one of Rogers's specialty patterns - made in 1892 and only in specialty pieces such as cream ladles, seafood forks and demitasse spoons. It has a gilded or gold washed, ruffled bowl and is a beautiful and unique serving piece. Condition: Very good to excellent - no silver wear or loss, heel wear or shadows. There are no monograms and the pattern is crisp and well defined. Size: 5 1/8" long.
