Description: Royal Doulton very rare figurine It was made in England by Royal Doulton circa 1935-1945. The figurine depicts Saint Francis. He stands 8 3/4" tall. It is stamped DOULTON PAX with Keys mark to base. Saint Francis was the 13th century founder of the Poor Friars. The figurine was produced by Doulton for the Benedictine Monks of Prinknash Priory, Gloucestershire until 1945. Everything is in good condition. There are no chips or cracks.
