I do not see any rips or tears. There is some corner, edge and general wear. It has not been used. There is some soiling across the card front and back. There is a crease in the very upper left hand hand corner of the card. It has been autographed by him in green on the card July 4 1928. There is a date Sept 25 1938 on the lower right hand side of the card.
