It does come with the upholstery brush and also has the upholstery tool handle that clips on to the back of the arm if you'd like. The machine has been fully tested and is operating great. It's easy to maintain, their is not mutch to it at all. I strongly recommend watching a short YouTube video. Cosmetic condition is very good but please expect some reminisce of debris, wear or and sighns of use. Please see all imiges for best cosmetic condition.
