There are a few items that need to be addressed: The smaller bag has a place where the plastic behind the lining is protruding inside the bag. I believe it can be fixed with a thread and needle. Also one of the Saddlemen zip pulls has the plastic half off. It also is missing the strap that holds it on to the other bag. You can order it. It is a very nice bag. The handle on the largest bag is starting to fray. You can have it fixed or wrap a pretty bandana around it. It is a great bag.
