This is a 30' belt so if your waist is around 28 inches then this is the belt you should order. 30 inches is 76cm, so if your pants are a 28 inch waist, or 71cm, then this is the belt to choose. Best to choose a duty belt size that is about 1-2" larger than your pants size as this belt is designed to go over the top of your pants while carrying your duty gear. The two metal hooks inside the belt catch onto the corresponding cutouts and the the Velcro closure stops the belt from coming undone. Very effective and no buckle to dig into your belly while sitting (yes, this is a thing as CIT security officers and armed guards can attest to) in a vehicle while driving between jobs. Or also great as a heavy-duty buckle-free belt for those that need or prefer to not have one (e.g. mechanics) for work purposes.
