No. 7815E, 1150 Watts 110-120 Volts AC Only Caution: Use Wall or Base Receptacle Only, Completely Immersible, Patents Applied For." and "2/96". Measures approximately 11" in diameter, 2" deep, and 4" tall with the four legs. Has handles on either side. Has a WEST BEND power cord, not a SALADMASTER cord. That cord does heat the unit. Condition: Bottom has brown marks. Inside of the pan has light scratches and marks. No other known damage. Packages mailed to Illinois addresses will be charged Illinois sales tax. Items paid can only be mailed to the address provided on the payment. SHIPPING TIME I try to ship no later than the next business day. Sometimes I manage to ship on the same day payment is received. However, if your payment is received after 12:00 noon, it will not be mailed until at least the next business day. Saturdays and Sundays are NOT business days.
