Yield is 800 yards per lb.Ballerina is a high quality unique yarn that blends a wonderfully soft and sturdy eyelash yarn with cloth piece “flags” incorporated every 1 1/2” approx.The eyelash and cloth flags take up the dye really well. The flags can take up the dye at a different rate than the surrounding portion of eyelash yarn. As a result the cloth flags sometimes a darker hue of blue than the surrounding eyelash portion, or vice versa, which really gives a beautiful variegated look to the finished project. Henry’s Attic was a long-time supplier of natural fibers for weavers, and/or knitters.These skeins were purchased for a weaving project, and were not needed. The yarn is 100% cotton, boucle style thread. All Henry’s Attic yarns are sold undyed. They may also be repackaged and sold with new labels by many different resellers. It takes dye well, so if creamy white is not your preference, try dyeing it with Procion dyes.
