Yield is 800 yards per lb.Ballerina is a high quality unique yarn that blends a wonderfully soft and sturdy eyelash yarn with cloth piece “flags” incorporated every 1 1/2” approx.The eyelash and cloth flags take up the dye really well. The flags can take up the dye at a different rate than the surrounding portion of eyelash yarn. As a result the cloth flags sometimes a darker hue of blue than the surrounding eyelash portion, or vice versa, which really gives a beautiful variegated look to the finished project. These skeins are hand dyed and have been left tied in hank form to ensure no tangling occurs during transport.This auction is for two 1/2 pound skeins of dyed Ballerina yarn. These two skeins were dyed separately in the same dye bath giving each skein it’s own unique character and color variations.
