From the series “Venus aux fourrures suite”. One of 5 erotic lithographs of a rare series of 18. Number 79 of only 174 Publisher: Argillet, Paris, 1968. Original engraving, hand colored. Reference: AF 68-6(M) ML 362. The hand made Japon paper is spun or rag woven and is embossed flat where the image is. The edges have a slight rag edge. Dali, himself, is in this picture at the bottom. An embossed “Dali” signature seal is in the margin, for authenticity, bottom right. It’s also hand signed by Dali in pencil in the margin bottom right. Original full linen matting. Frame is wood with gold finish. The Lithograph is in excellent condition. There is a water stain on the bottom portion of the original linen matt. Did not wish to open backing to repair.
