It is FANTASIA MICA GLITTER 4" TEARDROP CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS POLAND. The red ornament is older I think, based on the top, but it is not marked. See pictures for condition. General paint loss is from normal gentle use, for this age of ornament. The cellophane is busted out but present, in the box is in medium condition with one corner ripped out.
