These ads run year round and plants are shipped year round. They will ship mostly bareroot but I believe leaving some soil attached helps reduce some plant stress. Plants shipped to California will be rinsed clean or at your request. Plants are shipped in waterproof bags which will keep plants moist during possible postal shipping delays. Sarracenia species tuber size depend on variety but you should consider a small 2-3 years to blooming size, a medium 1-2 years to blooming size, and a large will bloom next year but those can vary with dividing stress. Some varieties are faster growers than others and will shorten the above time frame.
