These are brand new, never worn, and in the original box. However as you will see in picture #3 on the right shoe there is some marks near the heel. These marks are barley noticeable and blend in perfect with the leather. This is what made the shoes a 2nd, you will also wear these shoes and crease / scuff them up yourself after a couple of days and never notice this small imperfection. Also as you can see from the first photo which shows the sole, these shoes are brand new and have never been worn and will ship in their original box.
