The diameter is 0.156". It is the old style - there are at least 3 styles of plunger depending on the vintage. All parts sold must be checked, installed, and assembled by a qualified and competent gunsmith as some components may or may not require fitting depending on the tolerances allowed by the manufacturer, vintage, and potential re-manufacturer (if an aftermarket piece).
