Not listed in original description where I purchased it, but it feels extremely like another I tried, which was half nylon, with about 15% spandex, and the rest listed as Elastodiene fiber. Size: Size chart says Large is 22"-24.5" measuring 4" from the top of the knee cap and around the thigh. (I feel it initially runs a little on the small side, but that may change with use.)
