I think the base set is missing around 50 RH and maybe 1 or 2 ex cards. What you see photographed is what is included in this lot. All cards including non holo are sleeved in perfect fit sleeves. This lot also includes the binder. All cards are mint/near mint pack fresh NEVER played. I can also Include the playing mat and other accessories from the collection box if you are interested. Never used or opened. If you do not want the binder included message me before purchase and I will ship it to you for free.
