If new all tags must be attached, if security tag was attached it must still be attached to the item, if in a clear plastic bag, it must be in the same clear bag when returned. All clothing items must be free of perfume or cologne scents, no deodorant stains and must be unworn. The item MUST be the same item that was shipped as seen in the listing pictures with security tag (if one was attached) numbers matching the tag in photos on listing. Packages marked delivered: I will help by filing a locate package with the USPS but you will need to check with neighbors and also with your post offices to help assist in that matter. IF YOU FORWARD YOUR MAIL THROUGH THE POST OFFICE IT WILL ALSO VOID THE eBay GURANTEE. The guarantee is only good to the shipping address on file with eBay at the time of purchase. If you move, make sure you update your address with eBay. PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE USPS SERVICE ISSUES No refunds will be made if tracking shows package is still in transit but arriving late. USPS is having many delays, please be aware and NOTE that delivery times shown are estimated by the USPS and USPS may change to delayed even after they have shown arriving on time. I will initiate package search request with USPS when the allotted past estimated delivery date set by USPS is reached. This is typically 7 days past the mailed date and keep you updated. This is a frustrating thing for both buyers and sellers and I wanted to be upfront with the situation using USPS for shipping.
