This is part of a small group of invoices from Schuylkill Arsenal, Philadelphia, for several types of equipment and clothing received by military storekeepers there in the 1830s and into the 1840's. Most are the same size (7 x 8") and are in good condition with most having minimal flaws, anything out of the norm will be noted. An interesting group showing how many and what the U.S. Army was purchasing for the troops in the pre Mexican War era (some during and after).
