Description: I removed this from a LeTour. Another Schwinn enthusiast pointed out that they should be alloy bars instead of steel. I think he is right. Someone who had the bike before me, may have changed the bars. But the handlebars are marked on one side "Special and Japan". The other side is marked "SR and Sekae". I have never seen these markings on Varsity, Continental or other Schwinns. They appear to be in pretty decent shape. The stem is stamped '80. I am selling them as is with no returns, so look closely before purchasing. No international shipping. Thanks for looking and stay safe. .
