Description: Nice Prewar Schwinn 24" DX project. Comes with intact front loader that is not rusted out but switch is stuck. What you see is basically how I got this bike. I added the fenders and the tank. I picked up up the postwar tank some time ago and it fits this frame perfect, like it came of this bike! I recently found the perfect prewar aluminum 24" chainguard and put it on the frame. I touched up bike a bit to make all the components blend in but this bike would make a great restoration project! The rack looks like it came with the bike. I have never seen one different than this one on a 24" Schwinn prewar or postwar. The wheel set is mint restored New Departure front and rear and the tires are new aftermarket 24x2.125.
