This stamp, released in 1946, honored the centennial of the founding of the state of Iowa. It features the Iowa state flag superimposed over the Iowa state map, flanked by corn stalks. It's a 3 cent stamp in dark blue (with a slight touch of teal). Rotary press printing and perforation. 11 x 10.5. Self Graded.
