We clean them before we list them, and try to listen to them to be sure they are good. I never knowingly sell a defective cd. The cases may or may not bethe original cases. Most cases are not in perfect condition. Some may have scratches or scuff marks or even cracks. Some of these cd cases have been around since the 1980's, carried in cars, set on shelves, just generally loved. So no, the cases are not perfect. We do clean them before we send them out to the buyer. The inserts are usually in perfect condition unless otherwise marked.
