Description: ZOILA ELUDENS DELICATURA, Chandler & Du Ross, 1997 Nice, heavy, fully mature shell with well developed base. Perfect terminals. Two light blotches on the back (visible on photos) are natural. There is hard to see growth mark on the back. F+++. The main characteristic of Z. eludens delicatura is purple/blue interior (visible on the last photo) of the shell comparing with cream/whitish interior of Z. eludens. This shell was found alive feeding on flat sponge at 40 meters off Peak Island, Exmouth, WA, 1995. Very hard to get now, from old collections only.
