Description: This is a classic vase we are quite sure was made by the Seguso studios during the mid-century. Several stemmed murrhine flowers of different types circle the vase with leaves of green murrhines. Behind the flowers is an abstract pattern of greenish yellow suggesting foliage. Shape similar to Barovier's famous cobalt blue vases, but the base is different. Pattern is quite simillar to the one Seguso used in his "Forato" vases. Non-Italian versions are seen online.The quality of each murrhine is as well as the clarity of the motif, in this case stemmed murrhine flowers with a foilage-like pattern under the stems in another layer. .Red label without scallops used in the '50s and '60s by Seguso studios.
