Description: Here are 2 Seiko Mods for sale + a few extras, the turtle-case watch is for parts and the Black Bay homage runs and works well but could also be used for parts. Reason for selling is lack of further interest and time for watchbuilding. My loss be will someone else's project or new potential hobby. The Turtle-Case watch was made using mostly Namoki Mod parts and an OEM 7S26 Movement from a SNXS77 and a SRP777 Dial, was made as a one-and-done watch for myself but somehow messed up the movement in the process of building, and the crystal is also not seated properly. The movement runs well but stops at random times. The parts themselves total to about $320 not counting the movement (see list below), the case has a few scuffs that could be easily polished out. In hindsight, the hands don't match the rest of the watch, but it is a really good-looking watch, and I wish I had the time to give it the TLC it deserves. The Black Bay-esque homage was made as a first practice piece into watchbuilding using AliExpress parts that totaled to about $100. The NH35 movement itself works well with an estimated accuracy of about +/-12 sec/day. It was worn only a handful of times due to it being too big for my wrist. Comes with a NH38 (NH35 w/ no day/date) Movement bought on AliExpress, usually they go for $20. Good for a Flieger/Pilot watch.
