Seiko Precision Vintage Pocket Watch Manual Open Face Railway Japanese Daiflex

Description: This Seiko pocket watch is for Japanese railroad use. It is authentic and was used by a conductor to keep time. I believe it was used in the Kansai railroad, as per the kanji characters on the back. It has a hacking feature for the sub seconds dial. When you pull the lever the second hands holds steady at the 12 o'clock position until pushed in, allowing it to have the correct time. There is an after market stainless steel prince Albert style chain (not original to the watch). The numbers are Arabic with a white dial. The hands are blued. There is significant wear to the watch case from use. The dial does have a sort of patina round the edges near the numbers. It does wind and tell time but could use a service to be more accurate. Although the items are in good condition, they are not brand new, and as such, you should expect normal wear & tear, minor blemishes & small imperfections such as minor dents, scuffs or paint loss etc. Please review the pictures closely & ask for additional ones if you have any doubts, as they are part of the description.
