Description: The toy does have a broken spot on the base on the right side. It is missing the battery compartment lid, the previous owner has improvised one using a piece of stiff cardboard wrapped in duct tape. When I first tried this toy I put a penny in it and nothing happened I walked away with the penny still in place and several minutes later it started turning. All the electronics do is rotate the small circular table that holds the toy trinkets. The two levers that work the crane do not require power and they both work like they're supposed to. The left lever moves the crane side to side the right lever moves to claw up and down. I played with it fully working for several minutes and then it would slow down and stop I would turn it off and turn it back on and it would go back to working. The little timer spins but it will never turn off by itself. In short it works when it wants to and the way it wants to. The clear cover in and the red back are in great condition. There is a very small amount of chipping on the bottom of the back of the red piece. The toy comes in the original box. It is in overall good condition. It does have some wear and tear specifically on the top front. It comes with a small bag of little prizes and trinkets.
