We can guarantee you that our eggs are fresh the day we mail them. We are unable to refund your purchase for any reason other than that we totally sent you the wrong eggs. I can’t imagine we would not double check, but it could happen! Just send us pics of the eggs you think were sent incorrectly on the same day you receive them, and we will make it right.We only ship Hatching Eggs on Monday-Wednesday so your eggs do not set at the post office over the weekend or over a holiday. unless otherwise requested by the customer.Please consider leaving us good feedback.
