Use them to help you decide how to adapt your classroom teaching of the texts or use them to arm yourself with the knowledge of what students are looking at so you can tell what part of a paper might not be original when they’ve handed in their essays. Both volumes look quite new from the outside, with no problems to the binding and no creases to the pages or the covers. However when you look inside you will find a dozen or so of the pages of the spark notes have been underlined and there is some more underlining in the Cliff Notes text. You can consider that an added feature, as you’re getting some help from a man has been teaching this book for many years. Or not. Still at three dollars for both you might think it’s worth it to take a look.
