The "book" measures approximately 3 inches by 4 inches and is 1/2 (.50) of an inch in depth. The colors are yellow for the larger sizes and multi-color for the small sizes. There is a brown color fold-over set of multi-color sticky notes that measure approximately 1/2 (.50) of an inch by 1 3/4 (1.75) inches and a yellow pad of sticky notes that measure approximately 2 1/2 (2.50) inches by 2 1/2 (2.50) inches. The fold-over measures approximately 3 1/2 (3.50) inches by 3 inches. There is also a a black color flip-open padded cover that has a pad inside with white color pages. The pad measures approximately 4 1/2 (4.50) inches by 3 inches. The flip-open cover measures approximately 5 inches by 3 1/2 (3.50) inches. The cover has 2 (two) slip-in pocket features on the inside cover. There is also a pen that is attached with a black color round-shape elastic. The pen measures approximately 4 inches in length.
