Description: Absolutely stunning custom sheepskin leather flight jacket made in the 90s by Cambridge Leather, UK. Sort of a B-3 / RAF hybrid with the zippered sleeves and no belt, 3-panel back. There is no size tag. I wear 42-44 and it fits me tight. So I would say it should fit 40 very comfortably and 42 snugly. However, those are my opinions. I am not responsible for fitment -- please see multiple photos including the tape measurements. Please keep in mind the implicit difference between internal and external dimensions because the jacket is extremely thick and heavy. Heavy duty coated leatherized black leather hide, very long dense fleece. In my opinion the quality of typical Schott, Avirex or Cockpit USA variants does not campare and I owned many of them. I have never seen a better specimen. Unfortunately it it is too tight on me now. Note: In some photos the black fleece may appear grey / dusty but that is an false optical artifact of the flash reflecting. The fleece is totally and uniformly black. Almost mint condition, very little use -- has just been hanging for many years in the closet on an extra wide 21" hanger (which I will include), no stretched shoulders, no wear to the cuffs, no distressing of the leather.
