Package it well and send it to me with the error you are receiving on your system. The best shipping option is the USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate 11? X 8.5? X 5? box. The box is free from your post office and will cost around $12.95 to ship with tracking and insurance included. Please pack the board carefully with lots of padding such as foam or newspapers. In some rare cases the system boards are too damaged to be repaired, if this is the case I will notify you and you can decide if you want it shipped back to you at your expense. I will refund your money (minus return shipping if you choose) if your board is not repairable. IT IS ALWAYS BEST TO REPAIR YOUR BOARD WHEN POSSIBLE! There are compatibility and firmware issues to be considered when exchanging system boards so it?s best to fix yours. Please beware of the exchange issues when purchasing a replacement board (especially a used one). While your board is not working, manually add chlorine to the pool with granular chlorine shock or with chlorine tablets in a floater to keep some chlorine in the pool. Keep the pH balanced and the chlorine around 3 to 5 and your pool will be fine until your board is re-installed.
