Description: Shirley Temple's Storybook, Illustrated by various artists. Published by Random House. Copyright 1958, stated fifth printing. 215 pages. Blue boards have a tan cloth spine. Lettering on both is in gilt. Corners are rubbed. Covers have light soil, with a few dings. Hinges are intact and binding is tight. Pages are clean and bright. The Belongs To box on the ffep is unfilled. This is probably the most colorfully illustrated book I've ever seen. Every page has an illustrated border, in different colors and designs. Each story is prefaced with a double page illustration, and at least half the pages have an illustration in addition to the border. Check out the Rackham illustrations in The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.
