Description: For Sale - Shop/Garage door prop kit in 1/10 Scale This is a Model of a garage door in Kit form and will require assembly, gluing, sealing, and possible painting if weathering effects is required. Pictures are part of the description.Study All Pictures. Door is non-opening to be used in a scale garage / shop diorama /static display / doll house will work for 1/10 scale. Notice the picture showing the 7 inch action figure (Not Included) Door Kit includes two properly scaled Barriers. Door Frames are printed in silver plastic and the body of the door is a silver corrugated single sided cardboard sheet. Chain loop can be placed on either side of the door. The door with frame is 11 inches wide by 11.25 inches tall. Based on scale calculations this door would be 9.17 Foot wide by 9 .17 tall in the real world. You Get: Silver door frame, corrugated cardboard silver sheet, 12 inch of chain with link made into a 6 inch loop. 2 1/10 scale Barriers. Note: the corrugated sheet is somewhat soft and can be dented by crushing. Coating the door with a clear epoxy will harden the surface, However for display purposes may not be necessary. Coating the sheet would help to seal the sheet and allow for some weathering painting effects like thin washes of color. Reason the cardboard corrugated sheet is used is to keep costs down. 3d printing is slow and if this door was completely printed on a large format 3d printer it would take days to complete the build and costs would triple! The corrugated sheet also allows for low cost shipping, in that the large panel can be lightly rolled and shipped in a smaller lighter box. 7 inch action figure shown for size comparison and is NOT included. 1/10 scale Chevy RC car shown for size comparison and is NOT included.
