He tries to get closer to her, finally confesses her love. Magda invites him to her place, but only to show with full cynicism that love does not exist - there is only sex.The cinematic version of the Decalogue, Six, a commentary on the commandment "Do not commit adultery". Adultery, however, is not traditionally understood here as a betrayal, but as robbing a person of the intimacy and privacy he deserves.Both Tomek and Magda commit this sin, but it results not so much from ill will, but from a feeling of emptiness and loneliness. Although this does not absolve the heroes, it gives hope for their spiritual transformation. Excellent roles by Grażyna Szapołowska and Olaf Lubaszenka.
