Assigned a project of creating a multi-media report on an issue important to him by his teacher Mr. Green (Tim Meadows), Nolan seeks revenge against Bixby by secretly filming the bully in action and launching a website exposing his despicable behavior. The repercussions of Nolan's actions quickly grow as Bixby's anger boils over and Principal Voss gets involved and implicates Mr. Green in the scheme. In the end, Nolan and his classmates learn an important lesson about taking risks and standing up for what they believe in.
