This model seems to fit somewhere between Shure’s pro audio and audiophile lineups, and while it may not be a common model, it appears to be of good quality. The cartridge has survived nicely over the years but is missing its stylus. The current stylus has an intact cantilever, but the needle itself is completely gone. This cartridge is guaranteed no DOA, meaning it has a good coil, but please be aware that you’ll need to install your own stylus. Installation of a functional stylus and fitting it into your head shell will be up to you. The cartridge will be carefully bagged, boxed, and shipped in a strong outer box.
