Description: Please see the exact card shown in the image. Thanks! This is a 1950s era Warren Giles Official National League game ball by Spalding. This ball is signed by the 1958 Chicago Cubs. The signatures are quite faint and some are worn. Signatures that I was able to confirm on the ball are Bob Scheffing (mgr) - signed clearly with Green ink on the sweet spot. Ernie Banks - First name is a bit worn, but last name is clearly visible.Tony Taylor, Dale Long, Al Dark, Lee Walls, Walt Moryn, John Briggs, Dolan Nichols. There are about 3 or 4 signatures that are visible but are unidentifiable. So Possibly Billy Williams, Bobby Thompson, and Sammy Talyor. Anyways the ball itself is quite rare and a valuable piece in itself. The signatures are not the best due to age and wear, but still a cool piece of memorabilia.
