Description: Reluctantly selling from my collection. Antique Signed Japanese katana tsuba of the Bushu school. Signed Bushu Masasada. mid Edo period (c.1750). The tsuba is in good condition for its age, sukashi design of Mushrooms. This is a very dense tsuba and very well made and shows signs of folding during the forging of the piece (mokome). height 78mm, width 77mm, thickness 6.5mm.
